Easy Piriformis Stretch (Modified for Simplicity)
A piriformis stretch is great for your piriformis muscle and also your glutes. It can help with hip tightness and is often a great stretch for sciatica and sciatic type pain. This stretch can sometimes be difficult if the hip is tight. But here is a great way to modify the piriformis stretch to get some hip pain relief. Whenever I stretch my hands or even just my and ring fingers, my feet near my toes tighten a lot. I'm seeing doctors but they can't figure this out any reason why when I stretch my hands like this my feet suddenly tighten?

thank you for the lecture. I was just diagnosis with right shoulder tendonitis, and I was injected with steroid and also physical therapy, could you please tell me how often should I do these exercises?
You're welcome. It depends on what stage of recovery you are in and how your body reacts to treatment, but in general, therapeutic exercises can be done 1-3 times a day, every day.

Thank God I found this. This has been happening to me recently. I work night shift, and the only time I get sleep is when I'm literally exhausted and can not stay up for another day straight.
What could it be when the pain in your hand is severe, with swelling, waking me up at night, bringing me to the point of tears... thumb and first three fingers number, burning and tingling, accompanied with a tight, extremely painful pulling/ pinched sensation going from my middle two fingers, all the way up into my elbow, where there's another pinched feeling area, then on up into my shoulder blade, where it ends with the same horrific pinched feeling up into/ behind the middle of my outer shoulder blade plate.... my friend had tendinitis and described the same pain.. the only thing that's ever helped was a nighttime carpal tunnel wrist support brace with a bean bag palm support rest in it...

Thanks doc! Sprained my foot badly after car accident where i pushed too hard on brake wgile hydroplaning. Im 26 and first time using crutches. I'm too clumsy to risk using them improperly lol
